Welcome to the family. Here's how to activate your Martock family season pass via SnowCloud.
- Go to martock.snowcloud.shop/auth/account and register using the same email address from your purchase. If you use a different email, your pass will not link to your account.
- Verify your email with the 6-digit code (expires in 15 minutes).
- Enter account holder first and last name; agree to terms.
- Set a strong password.
- Click Products to setup, assign, or transfer.
- Assign passes to family members and complete each guest's information (contact, DOB, sport, level, profile photo).
- Verify each phone number (recommended, optional).
- Sign required waivers via My Account > Waivers.
- Accept Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
- Complete the transaction.
- View passes on the Your Stuff page.
