Before you ride
Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks. As a condition of using our lifts and terrain, every guest — or a parent/guardian for minors — must read and sign our liability waiver.
Forms
- General Waiver of Liability — required for all skiers and riders. See Terms & Conditions.
- Minor waiver — signed by a parent or legal guardian for participants under the age of majority.
- Program forms — additional consent forms for multi-week, camps and school groups, provided at registration.
Signing
Waivers can be completed online during checkout in the webstore, or in person at the office. Group leaders should collect signed waivers in advance — see How to Organize Your Trip.
