By purchasing a ticket or pass and by using the lifts, trails, terrain park and facilities at Ski Martock (Nova Ski Ltd.), you acknowledge and accept the following:
Assumption of risk
Skiing, snowboarding and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks of injury and death. These risks include, but are not limited to: changing snow, ice and weather conditions; variable and steep terrain; collisions with people, objects or equipment; lift loading and unloading; and the actions of other people. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Your responsibilities
- Ski and ride in control and obey the Alpine Responsibility Code and all posted signs.
- Use equipment properly and ensure it is in good condition.
- Stay off closed trails and out of closed areas.
Tickets & passes
Tickets and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly stated at purchase. Martock may suspend or revoke lift privileges for unsafe conduct without refund.
