Single Pass — How to activate your new Martock Season Pass

Got your new Single Pass? Here's how to activate it.

1. Create a SnowCloud account. Go to martock.snowcloud.shop/auth/account and register with the same email used at purchase. If you use a different email, your pass will not link to your account.
2. Verify your email. Enter the 6-digit code (15-minute expiry) and click Submit.
3. Account holder info. First / last name and agree to terms and privacy.
4. Set a strong password.
5. Complete your profile. Contact info, DOB, sport (ski / snowboard), level, profile photo.
6. Add an emergency contact. Recommended.
7. Verify your phone number.
8. Sign waivers. Visit My Account > Waivers and sign the required documents.
9. Check Tasks & Messages. You should see "New products have been added to your account!"
10. Confirm your pass. Under Products & Reservations, your pass should show as Future and switch to Active on opening day.
