- Enquire. Email or call the group desk with your dates, group size and ages.
- Choose a package. Lift, rental and lesson options — we’ll recommend a fit and quote your rate.
- Confirm numbers. Lock in headcount, gear sizes and any lesson groups a week ahead.
- Collect waivers. Every participant needs a signed waiver — easiest done in advance.
- Arrive & ski. Roll up, check in at the group desk, and we’ll have your tickets and gear ready.
Tips for leaders
- Build in time for boot-fitting and a safety briefing before first runs.
- Bring a few extra adult chaperones for younger groups.
